The village has applied for a $400,000 state government grant to put in a detention pond on the west side of the village. To also realign our drainage tiles and to replace any that have broken down. We have to do an income survey to show that the village has middle to low income. The council will be going door-to-door to get your address, how many are in the home, and approximate yearly income. Your names will not be on the forms. All information will be kept confidential and the only one seeing it will be our grant writer. There will be no cost to the residents for this detention pond project.
